As a key member of our Cybersecurity practice, you will contribute to embedding cyber risk management into the core of strategy development, ensuring more effective oversight of information and technology risks.

In this Managerial role within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure adherence to data protection legislation and internal company policies will be crucial. Furthermore, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application reviews, and privacy impact assessments. The role also involves designing and implementing security/privacy frameworks, re-engineering processes, and establishing privacy controls to build comprehensive frameworks for clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field is required, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and has in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with particular emphasis on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.

Candidates with certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is essential for success in this role.
