As a Manager within our Cyber team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. Develop and implement robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies. Monitor data processing activities to guarantee adherence to data protection laws and internal policies, ensuring client requirements are met.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk management, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. Design and refine security and privacy frameworks, processes, and controls to establish a strong foundation for clients.

We are seeking a Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.

Essential qualifications include in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific emphasis on India's Personal Data Protection Bill. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for this role.
