Lead and manage comprehensive data privacy and protection engagements across diverse sectors, including BFSI, Technology, and Healthcare. Develop and implement robust privacy programs aligned with international standards such as GDPR, CCPA, India's PDPB/DPDP Act, and HIPAA.
Conduct crucial assessments like Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Provide expert advisory on cross-border data transfers, consent management, and the lawful processing of personal data. Establish tailored privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures for client environments.
Advise on integrating privacy-by-design principles into systems, processes, and product lifecycles. Collaborate with cybersecurity and legal teams to forge integrated data protection strategies. Lead client workshops, deliver executive presentations, and conduct training sessions on privacy compliance. Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
We seek professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience in data privacy, data protection, or cybersecurity advisory. A deep understanding of privacy laws and frameworks, including GDPR, DPDP, CCPA, ISO 27701, and the NIST Privacy Framework, is essential.
Proven experience in conducting PIAs, gap assessments, and developing remediation roadmaps is required. Familiarity with data discovery tools, privacy tech solutions, and consent platforms is advantageous. Preferred certifications include CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or DPO Certification.
Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and exceptional communication skills are vital. A demonstrable track record in client delivery and team management is expected. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, information technology, or a related field, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, is necessary.
