This role focuses on enhancing organizational cybersecurity by preventing attacks and protecting valuable assets. You will be instrumental in embedding cyber risk management into strategic development, ensuring effective management of information and technology risks. Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM policies, procedures, and documentation. Support and monitor the execution of user access management controls (ITGC) and collaborate with service teams for continuous improvement. Liaise with auditors, gather evidence, and provide analysis for remediation activities. Develop security controls and document them according to audit guidelines. Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with service managers and auditors.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk assessment, controls implementation, and IT audits is essential. You should possess strong working knowledge of user access management controls and IT control testing methodologies, coupled with a deep understanding of IAM principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is expected. Familiarity with IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and EntraID is advantageous. A B.E./B.Tech or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
