As a Deputy Manager in our Identity Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive architectures for decommissioning legacy applications.

You will be instrumental in developing and configuring SailPoint solutions to precisely meet client needs. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, designing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, and developing custom connectors for seamless third-party system integration.

Additionally, you will provide valuable technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering team growth and expertise.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Proven strong implementation experience with SailPoint Identity Now or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud is essential.

Expertise in core IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration is required. The ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions is critical. Familiarity with Transform, Cloud Rule, and Work Flow is necessary.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills are vital for success in this role. An educational background including a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, or M.Tech is expected.
