As part of Deloitte's Identity Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships, aiming to consistently surpass expectations. You'll contribute to designing and implementing the architecture for decommissioning legacy applications and configuring Saviynt solutions to align with client needs.

Design and implement comprehensive identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt. Develop custom connectors and integrations with various third-party systems. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to accurately gather and analyze business requirements. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust SailPoint solutions.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required. Demonstrate strong practical experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ. Possess deep expertise in IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration strategies. Familiarity with Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory, and SQL is considered a valuable asset. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential for success in this role. An undergraduate degree (B.E./B.Tech from Tier 1/2 institutions) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
