As a Deputy Manager in our Identity Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture for decommissioning legacy applications. You will also play a key role in the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions to meet diverse client requirements. Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, you will gather and analyze business needs.

Further responsibilities include designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt. You will develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Additionally, you will provide essential technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), complemented by strong implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. A deep understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration is essential.

Candidates must possess the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions. While knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory (AD), and SQL is considered a plus, excellent communication and client-facing skills are mandatory. An academic background including a B.E./B.Tech or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
