As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, aiming to surpass expectations. Your role will involve developing and configuring OIG solutions to align with client needs. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using OIG, and create custom integrations with external systems. Mentoring junior developers and participating in project planning, estimation, and risk management are key aspects of this position.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years in the Identity-IGA domain, including at least 2 years specifically with the OIG Identity Platform. A robust understanding of identity and access management principles is essential. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or PowerShell, coupled with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary. OIG certifications are preferred.
