As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently striving to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. You will conduct assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure adherence to data protection laws and company policies is crucial. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance to clients on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application security, and privacy impact assessments. The role also involves designing and implementing comprehensive security/privacy frameworks, alongside re-engineering processes and privacy controls for effective framework development.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.

Possession of certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or similar is preferred. A strong command of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to perform effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with Controlling functions like Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing is also valuable.
