Join our dynamic Cyber team as a Deputy Manager, where you will play a crucial role in helping organizations prevent cyberattacks and safeguard valuable assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in embedding cyber risk considerations from the outset of strategy development, leading to more effective management of information and technology risks.

In this role, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with internal teams and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. - Conducting thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks and formulating effective mitigation strategies. - Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure steadfast compliance with data protection laws and company mandates. - Providing expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. - Designing and implementing comprehensive security and privacy frameworks, including redesigning processes and privacy controls.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. A strong understanding of controlling concepts like Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing is beneficial.
You should possess in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a particular focus on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside a Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are required, along with the capacity to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Delhi, India.
