Develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations for clients. Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, subsequently devising effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure strict compliance with data protection laws and internal company policies, as per client requirements. Offer expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application reviews, and privacy impact assessments.

Design and implement robust security and privacy frameworks. Redesign existing processes and strengthen privacy controls to ensure the development of secure frameworks for clients.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential for this role. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred. An in-depth understanding of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is crucial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
