This role is based in Delhi, IN.

As a Deputy Manager within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure adherence to data protection laws and company policies will be crucial. Furthermore, you will provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application security, and privacy impact assessments. The role also involves designing and implementing security/privacy frameworks, along with re-designing processes and privacy controls to ensure robust framework development for clients.

This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred. A strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential.

We are seeking candidates with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.
