As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you will foster strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your responsibilities include developing data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws, conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate data privacy vulnerabilities, and monitoring data processing activities for compliance.

You will also provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy. The role involves designing and implementing robust security and privacy frameworks, along with re-engineering processes and privacy controls for clients.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Expertise in data protection laws and regulations, particularly India's Personal Data Protection Bill, is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are vital. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is expected. Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.
