As a key member of our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Your role involves developing comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with global privacy regulations.

You will conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint data privacy risks, designing effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and internal policies will be crucial. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy assessments, alongside designing and implementing robust security and privacy frameworks and controls.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is vital. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment is expected.
