As a Deputy Manager within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently striving to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations for clients. - Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify potential data privacy risks and designing effective mitigation strategies. - Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and company policies. - Providing expert guidance and support to clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. - Designing and implementing security/privacy frameworks, refining processes, and establishing privacy controls to build comprehensive client frameworks.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.

Essential qualifications include: - In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific focus on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related discipline. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Related certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred.
