Design and implement comprehensive identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt solutions. Develop and configure Saviynt to precisely meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration.

Oversee the decommissioning of legacy applications by designing and implementing the architecture for the entire process. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyze business needs.

Build custom connectors and integrations with diverse third-party systems to enhance functionality. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.

A minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential. Proven strong implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is a must-have skill.

Possess expertise in core IAM concepts, including workflows, connectors, and integration strategies. Demonstrate a strong ability to design, develop, test, and deploy effective SailPoint solutions.

While not mandatory, knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory (AD), and SQL would be a significant advantage. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are vital for building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
