As a Consultant, you will foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include developing robust data protection policies aligned with privacy regulations, conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential data privacy vulnerabilities, and monitoring data processing activities to ensure continuous compliance. You will also provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk management, data governance, and privacy controls, while designing and implementing effective security and privacy frameworks for clients.

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is key. Certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous, as is in-depth knowledge of data protection laws, particularly India's Personal Data Protection Bill.
