As a Consultant on our Cyber Team, you will foster strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your role involves developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential data privacy risks and create mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities will ensure ongoing compliance with data protection laws and company policies. Additionally, you'll provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments, while designing and implementing effective security and privacy frameworks and controls.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field is required, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment.

While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous. A thorough understanding of data protection laws, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is crucial. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting is highly valued.
