As a Consultant in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include developing robust data protection policies aligned with privacy regulations. You'll also conduct assessments to identify and mitigate data privacy risks, monitor data processing activities for compliance, and provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).

Furthermore, you will design and implement security/privacy frameworks, processes, and controls tailored to client needs.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is essential. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. A thorough understanding of data protection laws, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is crucial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities are necessary. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is key.
