This role offers the chance to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will be instrumental in developing robust data protection strategies and ensuring compliance with critical privacy regulations.

Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations. Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, subsequently devising effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Continuously monitor and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring strict adherence to data protection legislation and organizational guidelines. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on critical areas such as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk evaluations, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. Design and establish secure privacy frameworks, alongside re-engineering processes and privacy controls to build robust client frameworks.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential. Proficiency in data protection laws and regulations, with a specific understanding of the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is required. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex privacy challenges. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for client interaction and team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Relevant certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are considered advantageous.
