Develop robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations. Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring strict adherence to data protection laws and internal company policies. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. Design and implement security and privacy frameworks, including re-engineering processes and privacy controls, to ensure comprehensive framework development.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential. Possession of CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or related certifications is highly preferred. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific focus on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for this role. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
