As a Consultant within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients, aiming to surpass client expectations. Develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and company protocols.

Provide expert guidance to clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application security, and privacy impact assessments. Design and implement robust security and privacy frameworks, alongside re-engineering processes and privacy controls for clients.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential. Relevant certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.

Possess in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of India's Personal Data Protection Bill. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
