As a Consultant within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently striving to surpass expectations. Your role involves developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with prevailing privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities will ensure strict compliance with data protection laws and company protocols.

Furthermore, you will provide expert guidance to clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy impact assessments. The position also entails designing and implementing comprehensive security and privacy frameworks, including re-engineering processes and privacy controls for clients.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. Professional certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for success in this role.

A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, alongside the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
