As a Consultant within our Cyber team, you will cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations.

Your role involves developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. You will conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Furthermore, you will monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure strict compliance with data protection laws and company policies, offering guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy.

You will also be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive security and privacy frameworks, including redesigning processes and privacy controls to establish a strong foundational framework for our clients.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. Holding certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE is advantageous.

A strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related discipline. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is key to success.
