Develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations. Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, devising effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitor and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring strict compliance with data protection laws and internal company policies. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. Design and implement robust security and privacy frameworks, redesigning processes and privacy controls to ensure effective framework development for clients.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential. Possession of CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or any other related certifications is highly preferred. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a particular focus on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Hold a Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a closely related field. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
