As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Your core responsibilities involve developing and configuring Cymmetri solutions to precisely meet client needs. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Cymmetri, and developing custom connectors for third-party system integrations.

You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, actively participating in project planning, estimation, and risk management. Assisting in the creation of technical documentation and training materials is also key. Staying abreast of the latest Cymmetri features and best practices is essential for success in this role.

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Identity-IGA Domain, with at least 2 years specifically within the Cymmetri Identity Platform. A robust understanding of identity and access management principles is crucial. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell is necessary, alongside experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is expected. Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. The role is located in Mumbai, IN.
