Join Deloitte's Cyber team as an Assistant Manager specializing in Identity solutions. You will play a key role in protecting organizations from cyber threats and managing cyber risk effectively. This position offers an opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to impactful cybersecurity initiatives.

As part of the Identity Team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust identity and access management solutions. Your work will involve safeguarding valuable assets and ensuring client resilience in the face of evolving cyber challenges.

Design and implement the architecture for decommissioning legacy applications. Develop and configure Saviynt solutions to meet diverse client requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze essential business needs. Implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, and develop custom connectors for third-party system integrations.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment. Ensure successful deployment and ongoing management of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required, with strong implementation expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Proficiency in IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration is essential. The ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions is critical.

While knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory, and SQL is a plus, excellent communication and client-facing skills are paramount. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is expected for this role.
