As an Assistant Manager within our Cyber: Identity Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive process architectures for legacy application decommissioning. You will also be integral to the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. This role demands expertise in designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, developing custom connectors for third-party integrations, and providing technical mentorship to junior developers.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IAM, specifically with strong implementation experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Essential expertise includes a deep understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration strategies. The ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions is critical. While knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory, and SQL is advantageous, excellent communication and client-facing skills are also highly valued. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
