Join Deloitte's Cybersecurity team as an Assistant Manager in Data Protection. You will play a crucial role in helping organizations safeguard their valuable assets and prevent cyberattacks. We focus on building resilient security strategies that enable new opportunities by embedding cyber risk management from the outset.

This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with clients to enhance their data security posture. You'll be instrumental in developing effective solutions to mitigate data leakage and ensure robust information protection.

Implement and manage a range of Data Security tools, including DLP, Data Classification, Digital Rights Management, CASB, Insider Risk Management, SASE, and DAM. Configure and optimize DLP use cases and data classification labels to meet client needs.

Assess client Data Security environments, aligning them with business requirements and industry best practices. Stay abreast of the latest Data Security technologies and trends. Provide strategic recommendations for technology optimization and policy implementation to reduce data leakage risks.

Develop comprehensive roadmaps, operating models, policies, tool designs, and process documentation. Monitor and analyze security incidents involving data breaches, actively participating in remediation efforts.

A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in Data Security, encompassing engineering, operations, or implementation roles. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possession of technical certifications in Data Security tools such as Microsoft, ForcePoint, Netskope, or Palo Alto (e.g., DLP, CASB, SASE, DAM) is highly desirable. Proven experience with Microsoft Purview (including O365 DLP, AIP, MIP) or ForcePoint DLP is a mandatory requirement for this position.
