As an Assistant Manager within our Identity team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows using Microsoft Entra IGA.

Key duties include: - Designing and deploying end-to-end JML workflows in Microsoft Entra ID Governance. - Integrating HR systems like Workday, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors with Entra ID via SCIM. - Developing custom extensions using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. - Configuring Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM for robust governance. - Managing hybrid identity environments with Entra Connect for on-premises AD integration. - Monitoring and troubleshooting workflows using audit logs and Lifecycle Workflow Insights.

We are seeking an Identity Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Entra IGA. A strong command of Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation is essential.

Required skills include: - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance (Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, PIM). - Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting. - Solid understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC. - A SC-300 certification is highly desirable. - Experience integrating HR systems with Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors. - Familiarity with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector) and ITSM integrations (ServiceNow, Jira) is beneficial.
