In this pivotal role, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with both internal teams and clients, consistently striving to surpass client expectations. You will be instrumental in implementing and managing a suite of Data Security tools, including DLP, Data Classification, Digital Rights Management, CASB, Insider Risk Management, SASE, and DAM, tailored to client-specific needs. This includes configuring, reviewing, and optimizing DLP use cases and data classification labels.

Your responsibilities will extend to assessing clients' Data Security posture, ensuring alignment with their unique environments and business objectives. You will stay abreast of the latest Data Security technologies and best practices through continuous research. Furthermore, you will provide strategic recommendations for enhancing existing technologies and establishing new policies to effectively mitigate data leakage risks. This role also involves developing roadmaps, operating models, policies/standards, tool designs, and process documentation, alongside monitoring and analyzing security incidents involving data breaches and aiding in their remediation.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Security, encompassing engineering, operations, or implementation aspects. A B.E. or B.Tech degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Possession of technical certifications in Data Security tools from vendors such as Microsoft, ForcePoint, Netskope, or Palo Alto, covering areas like DLP, CASB, SASE, or DAM, is highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Purview, including O365 DLP, AIP, and MIP, or with ForcePoint DLP, is a mandatory requirement for this position. This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
