As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team, you will foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include:

- Developing comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. - Conducting thorough assessments to identify data privacy risks and formulating effective mitigation strategies. - Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements and company standards. - Providing expert guidance and support to clients on data protection impact assessments, risk management, and data governance. - Designing and implementing robust security and privacy frameworks, alongside redesigning processes and controls for optimal client solutions.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required, complemented by excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating effectively within a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred.
