Develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with global privacy laws and regulations.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy vulnerabilities and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.
Oversee and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring strict adherence to data protection legislation and internal company policies.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, and managing data governance and privacy impact assessments.
Design and implement robust security and privacy frameworks, along with re-engineering processes and controls to ensure framework development for clients.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential.
Possession of certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE is highly preferred.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific focus on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a closely related field.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial.
