As an Assistant Manager within the Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring data processing activities for compliance with data protection laws and company policies will be crucial.

Furthermore, you'll provide expert guidance on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments, along with advising on data governance and privacy impact assessments. The role also involves designing and implementing security and privacy frameworks, processes, and controls.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred.
