As an Assistant Manager in Cyber, you will develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. You will conduct risk assessments to identify potential data privacy vulnerabilities and formulate mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and company standards is a key aspect. Additionally, you'll provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. The role also involves designing and implementing robust security and privacy frameworks, including process re-design and the establishment of privacy controls.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Professional certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred.
