As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber practice, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to consistently surpass expectations. Your responsibilities include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint data privacy and protection risks, devising mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring data processing activities ensures ongoing compliance with data protection laws and company standards, as required by clients.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy impact assessments. Additionally, you will design and implement security/privacy frameworks, alongside redesigning processes and privacy controls to establish comprehensive frameworks for our clients.

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.

Possess in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific focus on India's Personal Data Protection Bill. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, alongside the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
