As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber team, you will cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues and clients to surpass expectations. You will be responsible for developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

Key duties include conducting assessments to identify potential data privacy risks and devising mitigation strategies. You will also monitor data processing activities for compliance and offer expert guidance on data protection impact assessments, risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. Furthermore, you will design and implement security and privacy frameworks, including re-designing processes and controls.

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred, extensive knowledge of data protection laws, particularly India's Personal Data Protection Bill, is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
