As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws, and conducting assessments to pinpoint and mitigate potential data privacy risks.

You will monitor data processing activities for compliance, provide expert guidance on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, and data governance. Additionally, you'll design and implement security and privacy frameworks, including redesigning processes and controls to ensure comprehensive client protection.

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Preferred certifications include CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE.

Essential skills include an in-depth understanding of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
