Develop robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations for clients.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, devising effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and internal company policies, meeting client requirements.

Provide essential guidance and support to clients on critical areas such as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy impact assessments.

Design and implement comprehensive security and privacy frameworks, re-designing processes and controls to establish a strong privacy framework for clients.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential.

Possession of certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE is highly preferred.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific focus on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex privacy challenges.

A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
