As an Assistant Manager within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Your role involves developing comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring data processing activities ensures ongoing compliance with data protection laws and company guidelines. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and application privacy assessments, while designing and implementing robust security/privacy frameworks and controls.

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is essential, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, enabling effective collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is crucial. Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred, further enhancing your qualifications for this impactful role.
