Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with global privacy laws and regulations. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential data privacy vulnerabilities and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and internal company policies. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, and establishing strong data governance frameworks.

A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE. A strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is required.

Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is vital. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a closely related field is a prerequisite. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting is expected.
