As an Assistant Manager within our Cyber Team, your primary focus will be on cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding expectations. You will develop robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations, and conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential data privacy risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Furthermore, you will monitor data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and company policies. This includes providing expert guidance to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, and establishing sound data governance and privacy controls to build resilient frameworks.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.

Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific emphasis on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating complex privacy challenges. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
