As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently striving to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. - Conducting assessments to pinpoint data privacy risks and designing mitigation strategies. - Monitoring data processing activities for compliance with laws and company policies. - Providing expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments. - Designing and implementing robust security/privacy frameworks and controls to ensure client compliance.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.

Ideal candidates possess: - In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
