As an Assistant Manager, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to consistently surpass expectations. Develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy regulations for clients.

Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure strict adherence to data protection laws and company policies.

Provide expert guidance to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, and implementing data governance and privacy controls. Design and implement robust security and privacy frameworks, including process redesign, to ensure effective framework development.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous.

A Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field is required. The role demands in-depth knowledge of data protection laws, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.
