Develop comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations.

Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint data privacy and protection risks, formulating effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Continuously monitor and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring strict adherence to data protection laws and internal company policies.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments.

Design and implement robust security and privacy frameworks, alongside re-engineering processes and privacy controls to meet framework development objectives.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential.

Possession of CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or similar certifications is highly advantageous.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a specific focus on India's Personal Data Protection Bill.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
