As an Assistant Manager within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws and regulations. You'll conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.

Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities ensures ongoing compliance with data protection laws and internal company policies. You will also provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, and implementing robust data governance and privacy controls. This includes designing and building security/privacy frameworks and re-designing processes to ensure compliance.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. A strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this position.
