As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you will foster strong client and team relationships to consistently surpass expectations. You will lead teams engaged in PAM technology initiatives, driving projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, as well as translating business needs into technical requirements. You will manage project risks and issues, monitor progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders. A focus on continuous improvement in project execution and delivery practices is essential.

We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, including enterprise implementations, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in PAM.

Familiarity with PAM platforms like Arcon or CyberArk, and their integration with applications and infrastructure, is crucial. Candidates should possess the ability to analyze technical architecture, integration needs, and implementation challenges for PAM/IDAM solutions.

Educational qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
