Join our dynamic Cyber Defense & Response team as a Manager in XSIAM. You'll be instrumental in safeguarding client assets against sophisticated cyber threats. This role is crucial for an organization that prioritizes security, vigilance, and resilience, embedding cyber risk management into strategic development. Your primary role will involve monitoring security alerts from SIEM/SOAR and Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, performing initial incident triage, and conducting thorough investigations. You will escalate confirmed incidents, meticulously document all actions, and assist in threat containment. Utilizing threat intelligence, you will enhance detection capabilities and contribute to security reporting. A key aspect includes participating in post-incident reviews to refine SOC processes and staying abreast of the latest security trends and vulnerabilities. This position requires availability for 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights.

We seek professionals with a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and expertise in domains such as Endpoint, Network, Database, and Cloud Security technologies. Proficiency with tools like Cortex, Shodan, Qrdar, and platforms such as Google SecOps/Chronicle, Microsoft Sentinel, and XSOAR is essential. Experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and malware analysis is also a significant advantage. A relevant Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) or a Master's in Computer Science/IT is required, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity experience. Relevant certifications like SC 200, Security+, or CEH are highly valued.
