As a Manager, you will be instrumental in evaluating, counseling, and mentoring team members while managing day-to-day client relationships at senior levels. You'll drive proposal development, contribute to sales efforts, and identify opportunities for cross-selling services. Key responsibilities include leading multiple client engagements across Cyber Security Management domains, architecting technology solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to closure.

You will also manage Cyber Security Assessment projects, guide teams, and maintain strong client relationships. This involves participating in proposal development, tailoring methodologies to client needs, and demonstrating expertise in Web Application Security Testing, Infrastructure VAPT, API testing, and Cloud security assessments.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 9-15 years in the cybersecurity domain, possessing a strong background in VAPT and cyber threat management. Essential skills include extensive experience with industry standards like OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001, alongside proficiency in VAPT tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, and Metasploit. Basic scripting in Python or Shell is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary.

Candidates should demonstrate strong presales, client management, and conflict management capabilities. Experience in Cloud (AWS & Azure) configuration review, Firewall assessments, Red Teaming, and DevSecOps is highly valued. Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, CRTP, eJPT, CRTA, or CISM are mandatory, with GPEN, CREST, or CISSP being advantageous.
