You will play a crucial role in helping organizations fortify their defenses against cyberattacks. Our Cybersecurity team is dedicated to building resilient and secure environments for our clients. We focus on embedding cyber risk management into strategic development, ensuring effective protection of information and technology assets.
Lead and mentor teams, providing performance feedback and supporting talent retention and training. Manage client relationships at senior levels and contribute to sales by leading proposal development and client presentations. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and facilitate cross-selling. Oversee engagement planning, economics, and billing. Stay informed about market trends and firm offerings.
Key responsibilities include managing Cyber Security Assessment projects, guiding teams to ensure timely task completion, and demonstrating a deep understanding of business and IT management processes. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, tailor firm methodologies to client needs, and manage day-to-day client interactions. Experience in presales, client management, and conflict resolution is essential. This role also involves leading Web Application Security Testing, Infrastructure VAPT, API testing, Mobile Testing, Cloud Configuration Review, Firewall and Network Device Configuration Review, Red Teaming, and Source Code Review.
This role requires 9-15 years of experience in the cyber security domain. You should possess substantial experience in architecting technology solutions within Cyber Security Management and leading multiple client engagements across various Cyber Security Management domains. A proven ability to define project scope, lead delivery teams, and manage projects from proposal to closure is necessary.
Experience with industry standards and frameworks such as OWASP, CIS, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001 is critical. Proficiency with Vulnerability Management and Penetration testing tools like Burp Suite, Kali Linux, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, and Fortify is required. Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PERL are also needed. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network architecture, threat profiling, containers, and Docker is expected. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. Security certifications such as OSCP, CRTP, eJPT, CRTA, or CISM are mandatory, with GPEN, CREST, or CISSP being advantageous.
